My name is Serge Sendji Augustin. I am a licensed independent life insurance agent in Florida — 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity, FL License G231352 (NPN 21565385). I am based in Ocoee, Florida. I earned my health license in April 2025 and my life license in December 2025. Final expense is all I focus on.
Before life insurance, I helped seniors with health coverage — Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans. I have helped more than 400 seniors learn their options and pick what fit. When I earned my life license, I started at home: I helped my own family set up whole life and final expense protection. Now I bring that same care to Florida families.
"Independent" means I do not work for one insurance company. I work with the licensed life insurance carriers I'm appointed with — a carrier is the insurance company behind the policy — so I can compare plans and point you to what fits you.

How I Get Paid
Quotes are free. If you buy a plan, the insurance company pays me a commission. You never pay me directly. My advice does not change based on which carrier you pick.
